Welcome to www.glamourbeautyinstitute.com. The www.glamourbeautyinstitute.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Glamour Beauty and Brows LLC, doing business as Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute ("the Institute," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of the Site, including browsing, enrolling in a course, or purchasing educational materials, constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

www.glamourbeautyinstitute.com is a Permanent Makeup Training Institute Site

This Site provides information about our accredited educational programs and courses in permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and other advanced beauty techniques. It serves as a portal for prospective students to learn about our curriculum, enroll in courses, and purchase educational materials.

Privacy

Your use of our Site is subject to the Institute’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices as they relate to student enrollment and education.

Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site, sending emails to the Institute, and submitting online enrollment forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Student Eligibility and Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in any course offered by the Institute, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements, which may include being at least 18 years of age and holding any necessary pre-requisite licenses as required by state law. Enrollment is not complete until a signed enrollment agreement (which may be electronic) and any required deposit or tuition payment is received and accepted by the Institute.

Tuition, Fees, and Refund Policy

Tuition and Fees: All tuition, kit fees, and other costs are as stated on the course description page at the time of enrollment. Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute reserves the right to change tuition and fees for future courses.

Payment: Tuition must be paid in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to the commencement of the course, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Student: If you cancel your enrollment more than 14 business days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund of any tuition paid, minus a non-refundable registration fee of $150. Cancellations received less than 14 business days before the course start date will result in a forfeiture of all tuition and fees paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date or for a student’s failure to attend (no-show).

Cancellation by Institute: Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, students will be notified promptly and offered a full refund of all tuition and fees paid or the option to transfer to the next available course date.

Course Materials: All course kits and materials are final sale and non-refundable once shipped or provided to the student.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, training manuals, presentations, videos, handouts, charts, techniques, and other educational content (collectively, "Course Materials") provided by the Institute are the exclusive intellectual property of Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Course Materials for your personal educational purposes only during your enrolled course. You agree you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Course Materials for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Institute. This includes prohibiting the teaching of our proprietary methods or using our materials to create a competing training program.

Student Responsibilities and Conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. The Institute reserves the right to dismiss any student for disruptive behavior, violation of safety protocols, or failure to adhere to these Terms. No refund will be given in cases of dismissal for cause. Students are responsible for securing their own models for practical training sessions as required by the course curriculum.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

The Site may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the Institute, and Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. The Institute provides these links as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Institute.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to the Institute that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. GLAMOUR BEAUTY AND BROWS TRAINING INSTITUTE AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR RELATED GRAPHICS ON THE SITE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND.

Dispute Resolution / Binding Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, the dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator in Stafford County, Virginia. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party in any such arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Termination/Access Restriction

Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Virginia in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

Changes to Terms

Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.glamourbeautyinstitute.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Institute encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
