At Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive education in the art and science of permanent cosmetics. Our Permanent Cosmetics Program is meticulously designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this rapidly growing field.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy
The Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy (SAP) applies to all students enrolled in the Permanent Cosmetics Program at Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute.
Minimum SAP Requirements
To maintain satisfactory academic progress, students must meet the following criteria:
- Grade Performance: Maintain a cumulative grade average of at least 75% in theory and practical evaluations.
- Attendance: Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 67%.
Evaluation Periods
Students enrolled in the Permanent Cosmetics Program (200 Hours) will be evaluated at the completion of 100 actual hours to determine compliance with SAP standards. Evaluations are conducted within seven (7) business days of reaching the evaluation point.
Attendance Progress
Students must attend at least 67% of their scheduled hours to be considered maintaining satisfactory attendance progress. Attendance percentage is calculated as:
Total Hours Attended ÷ Total Hours Scheduled = Attendance Percentage

The maximum time allowed to complete the 200-Hour Permanent Cosmetics Program, not exceeding 150% of the program length, is as follows:
Students exceeding the maximum time frame will be terminated from the program.

Academic performance is assessed through a combination of theory instruction, practical assignments, and hands-on procedures.
- Students must achieve a grade average of 75% or higher in all evaluations.
- A final written and practical exam is required for graduation.

Student Conduct Policy and Discipline
Glamour Beauty and Brows Training Institute is committed to fostering professionalism and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Attendance:
- Regular attendance is mandatory.
- Students must notify the school of planned absences or emergencies.
Professional Behavior:
Students are expected to:
- Perform client services and participate in daily sanitation and cleanup tasks as part of their training.
- Use professional language and refrain from inappropriate discussions.
- Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students.
- Direct suggestions or complaints to the school administrator.
Disciplinary Actions:
Students who fail to comply with school policies may face disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or termination.

Re-Enrollment Policy
Students seeking re-enrollment after withdrawal or termination must:
- Clear any outstanding financial obligations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to adhere to the institute’s policies.
Re-enrollment is subject to administrative approval and is not guaranteed.
Enrollment Procedures
Prospective students are invited to schedule a personal tour and counseling session before enrolling in the Permanent Cosmetics Program. During this visit, students will receive:
- A catalog detailing program information, tuition, and fees.
- Payment options and schedules.
- Policies on graduation, licensure, and job placement.
Application Process:
- Complete an Application for Admission and submit it with a $100 non-refundable application fee.
- Sign an Enrollment Agreement, acknowledging tuition payment terms and school policies.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Fees for books, kits, and supplies are non-refundable once issued and become the property of the student.
Accessibility
The institute complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is wheelchair accessible.
Policies and Procedures
Appointments - Please book your appointment through our website. Our Fredericksburg location does not accept Cash unless it is for tipping.
Deposit - A $50 non refundable deposit is required to book any service with us including touch ups. Remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.
Lateness - There is a 10-minute grace period. If you do not notify us within 15 minutes of your appointment that you are running late. We will have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit is forfeited. These appointments are essential, and the time is allotted per service for a professional experience and outcome. We do not like to rush!
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. Your appointment can be rescheduled only. If you no show, then you will have to pay in full for your next appointment per owner discretion before booking with us. If you fail to cancel/reschedule per our policy, you forfeit your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Re-scheduling - One-time free reschedule is allowed per our cancellation policy. All other rescheduling will be charged a booking fee.
Guest Policy - For liability and safety purposes, we ask that you do not bring any guests to your appointment. We can not be responsible for children in our space as we handle needles, disinfects and other hazardous materials that are not safe for children. No guest is allowed in the procedure area/room.
Payment Methods - We accept all major credit cards and Care Credit. No CASH (but for tipping only)
