Kristal built her career the same way she asks her students to build theirs: by doing the work first, and doing it well enough that people started asking her to teach it. She was the first microblading artist in Stafford, Virginia — at a time when most clients had never heard the word — and spent years building a reputation one referral at a time before she ever stood in front of a classroom.

That hands-on foundation is still what sets her teaching apart. Kristal has spent her career inside the permanent makeup industry, not adjacent to it — training under real client conditions, refining technique through repetition, and learning firsthand what separates a good artist from a great one. She brings that same standard to every student she trains.

Beyond the studio, Kristal owns and operates Glamour Beauty & Brows and Glam Room Salon Suites, and has spent years mentoring beauty entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their own businesses. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship & Business Organization — deepening the same business expertise she already brings into the classroom every day.
